The Objective of the PMMSY;

The Path of implication PMMSY Scheme;

PMMSY is divided into two segments by the government to achieve the specific goals viz; 
(A) Central Sector Scheme (CS) 
(B) Centrally Sponsored Scheme (CSS) 
PMMSY is an estimated venture of Rs. 20,050 Crore  the fragmentation of the PMMSY is as follows ;

(I) Central portion of Rs. 9,407 crore,
(ii) State portion of Rs. 4,880 crore and
(iii) a lot of Rs. 5,763 crore.

  • Special privilege has been given to SCs/STs/Women/Differently abled persons under the PMMSY Scheme
  • State Governments/UTs and their entities like SFDB.. etc (State Fisheries Development Boards)  are also covered under the PMMSY Scheme
  • All Central Government  departments  and their entities indulged  in the fisheries sector

How to Apply Online ;

1) Firstly Go to the official website of the department.
2)  Now choose the option to apply and fill the application
form online with all the details on the official website
3) Upload all the required documents.
4) It is necessary to submit your own self-prepared SCP-DPR along with other documents. The applicant can download the DPR form from the official website.

5) DPR and SCP cost may be higher in comparison to the unit cost but the grant will be given as per the unit cost
